  • Account & Authentication data: Authentication is handled exclusively through Google. We do not store passwords. We receive basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture) subject to your Google account permissions.
  • Project data: floor plans, layouts, drawings, custom logos, and configuration settings you create within the application.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, device details, pages visited, and application performance metrics.
  • Payment data: payment transactions are processed directly by our third-party payment partner (such as Creem) acting as an independent Merchant of Record. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or sensitive billing credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and enhance Drag Wall services and the 2D planning engine.
  • Authenticate your identity via Google OAuth and manage your session securely.
  • Manage plan access, feature quotas (such as project count limits and PDF exports), and subscriptions.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate security threats, unauthorized access, or abuse.
  • Send essential communications (payment receipts, subscription expiry notices, service updates).
  • Analyze usage trends and performance to continuously improve the user experience.

3. Cookies

We use essential HTTP-only cookies required for session authentication, token rotation, and security. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers to operate our platform:

  • Payment processors: to securely handle checkout and subscription billing.
  • Email delivery providers: to deliver essential transactional notifications and support correspondence.
  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers: to host and deliver our application reliably.
  • Legal authorities: when strictly required by applicable law or valid legal process.

When you delete your account, associated personal and project data will generally be permanently deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
