Terms of Purchase

1. License Access

Paid packages provide access to premium Drag Wall features for the selected duration or terms specified in the package description. Once the purchased fixed term expires, access to premium features will be restricted until a new package is purchased.

2. One-Time Billing

All payments for packages are one-time charges. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals. You will only be charged when you explicitly authorize and purchase a package. Access to the purchased package features starts immediately after successful provider payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, purchases are generally non-refundable once license access is activated on your account. Refund eligibility under exceptional circumstances depends on the payment provider's rules and applicable local consumer protection laws. 4. Feature Updates, Improvements, and Bug Fixes

We continuously develop, optimize, and maintain the Service. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify, enhance, or add new features, tools, and functionality, as well as deploy software updates, bug fixes, patches, and performance improvements at any time without prior notice. Such changes are implemented to ensure the reliability, security, and continuous evolution of the platform.

We also reserve the right to update package prices or modify available plans for future purchases. Any changes in pricing or future plan structures will not retroactively affect the terms or duration of packages you have already purchased.

5. Acceptance

By checking the agreement box and submitting payment, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms of Purchase.
